Intake/Assessments
An initial intake or Assessment typically takes around two hours to complete. These are often used to establish diagnosis and create a treatment plan or to formulate the best possible recommendations going forward.

Individual/Family Session 45 min
Session scheduled with client or with client and family member. $145.00
Individual/Family Session 60 min Session scheduled with client or with client and family member.

Fees above are for the most common services. Additional services/fees will be discussed with you by your counselor before implemented.
Insurance
I am currently credentialed as an in-network provider for the insurances listed below. You are welcome to check back on this page, as I will update this list if other insurances are added. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance and verify your coverage prior to your first appointment. If your insurance is not listed below, I would be happy to provide you with a superbill if you wish to attempt to utilize out of network benefits and are seeking to be reimbursed by your insurance carrier.
